Summary

In Motorbike Blast, you drive a motorbike or similar vehicle through dirt tracks, collecting powerups and points and trying to beat the best times for that track. You get to switch to more vehicles as you unlock them on your way through the game's levels.

Description

You control your vehicle by pointing the mouse to the left or right side of the screen to shift the vehicle's movement to the left or right.

If you don't make it to the end of the track in the given time limit, you have to start over.

As you progress through the game, new vehicles are made available

Background & History

Motorbike Blast was created as a promotional game for LEGO's Racers product line.

Tips & Tricks

  • Different spheres give you different boosts:
    • Collect three blue spheres in a row to add more shield points, increasing the amount of damage you can take from hitting obstacles before you have to restart your vehicle
    • Collect three green spheres in a row to increase your speed! This will get you to the goal much faster IF you don't run into more obstacles on the way!
    • Collect three purple spheres in a row to get some extra points!
  • When your vehicle is destroyed from hitting too many obstacles, it only costs you a relatively small amount of time, so it may sometimes be worth it to go for a tricky powerup and risk damage.
  • Remember that the earlier you get green powerups, the more the speed benefit will help your time, so get them early!
