iWin is a leading developer, publisher, and distributor of online casual games. Founded in 2001, the company offers free games, premium download games, and skill-based games through its web site iWin.com. iWin also distributes its games through leading web portals, retail locations, and mobile platforms.

History
iWin, Inc. originally began in August 2001 as Next Game, Inc. with the objective of building a skill-based gaming community. The founders included CJ Wolf, David Fox, and Warren Schwader.

Company Timeline
- June 2003: Next Game, Inc. acquires iWin.com, an online publisher of games of chance and internet lotteries since the late 1990s, from the Vendare Group following their acquisition of Vivendi-Universal’s Flipside, Inc.[1] The company changes its name to iWin, Inc.
- August 2003: In an effort to extend their multiplayer offering and expand community, iWin purchases Playsite.com from InfoSpace.[2]
- 2005: iWin forms a licensing relationship with I-play, the mobile entertainment company, to bring their games to mobile phones. Following I-play's successful adaptations of Jewel Quest and Mah Jong Quest, in April 2005 the two companies extended their relationship to bring Big Kahuna Reef, Ricochet, and Inca Quest to mobile phones through I-play's global distribution network.
