Diner Dash: Flo On The Go is the third title in the popular Diner Dash series preceeded by Diner Dash and Diner Dash 2: Restaurant Rescue. It was developed and published by Playfirst. Diner Dash: Flo on the Go has a narrative storyline with game play focused on completing a series of tasks to serve customers and earn restaurant upgrades while progressing through levels.

In Diner Dash: Flo on the Go, Flo decides to take a much-needed vacation with her friend Darla. Soon she discovers her luggage is lost and the food staff has quit. Flo and Darla are offered the job to feed vacationers in return for a free trip and extra cash.
The gameplay builds on the original Diner Dash and Diner Dash 2, with some new variations. By advancing through levels, players gain access to Flo's closet and unlock articles of clothing and other accessories for personalizing her appearance in the game. Players still manage a stream of customers, including some new customer types, and deal with new obstacles related to the restaurant environment. As players help Flo progress in the game, they earn items to upgrade the restaurant and ship's deck, plus power-ups that make Flo's job easier.

Diner Dash: Flo on the Go was originally released October 17, 2006 as a downloadable PC game for Windows and Mac. The original Diner Dash game was developed by GameLab, but this sequel was developed by PlayFirst. Although PlayFirst and Brighter Child have formed a partnership to distribute retail CD ROM versions of the Diner Dash series, no announcements have been made about the release of Diner Dash: Flo on the Go for CD ROM.
